Instructions

1. Complete the form. One form per team. No more than two teams per institution in each category (graduate and undergraduate).

2. Obtain the signature of the Faculty Advisor.
3. Obtain a copy of the receipt from the conference payment system.
4. Email a copy of these two documents to gscm2015@zju.edu.cn. Include “Student Case Competition” in the subject.
5. Deadline for registration: January 15, 2015.

What to expect

1. After completing your registration, you will receive an email from the conference email account indicating your team identification and password that can be used to access the materials as well as make your submissions.
2. You will be sent a request from the conference Skype© account if your team has been selected as one of the finalists.
